1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EcoVoyage website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to the trip departure date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before departure.

4. Sustainability Commitment

By traveling with EcoVoyage, you agree to adhere to our sustainability guidelines, which include minimizing waste, respecting local cultures, and following the instructions of our guides regarding wildlife interactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

EcoVoyage acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide overnight accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with the itineraries.
